Terms and Conditions of the WPG Affiliate Program
Payment Terms
Template Sales
Payment Timing:
Commissions for template sales are paid after the sale has been completed and confirmed. This ensures that the transaction is finalized and the product has been delivered to the customer.
Custom Websites
Payment Timing:
Commissions for custom website sales are paid once the payment has been fully processed and the website project is completed and approved by the client. This is to ensure that both the client is satisfied and the terms of the sale are fully met.
General Conditions
Affiliate Approval: All applicants must be approved based on criteria set by Web Page Gorillas. We reserve the right to decline any application that does not meet our standards for brand alignment and ethical practices.
Promotional Activities: Affiliates are encouraged to promote WPG products in a manner that is consistent with positive branding practices. Misleading or deceptive advertising is strictly prohibited.
Tracking and Reporting: WPG will provide all necessary tracking tools for monitoring sales referred by affiliates. It is the responsibility of the affiliate to ensure their tracking codes are properly implemented.
Payment Method: Payments will be made via a designated payment platform. Affiliates must have an active account with this platform to receive payments.
Termination: Affiliates can be terminated from the program for any violation of our terms and conditions without prior notice. Upon termination, any pending commissions will not be paid.
Legal Compliance: Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations. WPG is not responsible for any illegal or non-compliant marketing practices undertaken by affiliates.
